Beautiful freeform single board cherry slab back with sap grain and one central knot.
Solid cherry frame with ovoid legs. Seat cushion upholstered with ivory Brazilian long hair cow hide, feather and down wrapped over foam.
American c. 1964. Provenance: R. Friedlander, NJ, 1964 (original documentation available).
Excellent original condition with original plywood inset.
